Your customers and the companies you sell to, with their contacts and addresses.
Event-sourced registry of the parties a organization deals with, shaped like a storefront's: people (customers, unique per organization by email) and companies (B2B customers and suppliers, with locations and contacts). Other services name parties by id only; the identifying details of a person are sealed in this service's journal under a per-person key and erased by destroying that key, so a right-to-erasure request is honoured without rewriting history.

People: the natural persons a organization deals with — customers, contacts at companies, sole traders it buys from. Unique per organization by email. Identifying details live sealed in the journal and can be erased without touching a single event.
