Email hello@getmanifold.io about anything — the product, your account, billing, the Shopify app or the Slack app. You don't need a Manifold account to write to us, and we answer within two business days (Melbourne, Australia).

What to include

• Your organization's name, and the email address you sign in with.
• What you did, what you expected and what happened instead — a screenshot helps.
• For the Slack app: your Slack workspace's name, and the /manifold command or link you used.
• Never send a password, an API key or card details. We will never ask for them.

Getting started

The docs walk through setup, importing your data, orders and purchasing.

The Slack app

Manifold for Slack explains how to add it, link your Slack user and use /manifold. If the bot says you aren't linked, run /manifold link and open the link it sends you within 15 minutes. If it says Manifold isn't installed, an owner or admin can add it again from Settings › Apps › Slack.
