Voice API
Conversations with customers transcribed live as you quote: the sessions, their minutes and their transcripts.
Live voice quoting: a rep's conversation with a customer, transcribed as it happens from the browser's microphone (a telephony provider later), with each final utterance published live for the platform agent to act on. Sessions start after a consent notice, end with the minutes they transcribed (what the voice quoting add-on is metered by), and leave their transcript on the quote they built, kept by fulfillment — never what was said as a fact.
