The Stocky alternative for Shopify brands
Stocky is gone. Manifold gives a Shopify brand purchase orders, receiving, stocktakes and landed cost — with batches, wholesale and Amazon on the same stock count.
Who Stocky is for
Stocky was included with a Shopify POS Pro subscription, for purchase orders, stocktakes and stock analytics.

When Stocky may suit you better
- Your needs are simple: Shopify's admin now has purchase orders, received through inventory transfers. Shopify Help Center: purchase orders, checked October 2026
- You only move stock between your own locations: Shopify's transfers do that, with partial receiving. Shopify Help Center: transfers, checked October 2026
Moving from Stocky
Install Manifold from the Shopify App Store and the setup walk offers to use your store as the template: it copies products, stock, customers and orders across, closed orders as history and open ones as live orders. Manifold has no import from Stocky itself, so purchase orders and suppliers kept there come in on Import as spreadsheets.
Getting started from Shopify →Run both, side by side
Every new Manifold business starts read-only. Orders come in, imports run and your team works in Manifold in full — but nothing leaves it: no stock or prices to your stores, no journals to your accounts, no email to customers. Stocky keeps running the business while you check Manifold against it, and an owner goes live when you're sure.
Read-only mode and going live →Questions people ask
- Can I try Manifold without changing my store?
- Yes. Every new Manifold business starts in read-only mode: orders come in from the store and your team works in Manifold in full, but nothing goes out — no stock or prices to the store, no email to customers — for the 60-day trial, until you go live.
- Do I need Shopify POS Pro for Manifold?
- No. Manifold is its own subscription and works with any Shopify store that can install apps.
- What does Manifold cost?
- One plan: $300 a month (USD) with 100 sales orders included, every feature and your whole team; each order past that costs $0.20 down to $0.015 on a published scale. No per-seat or per-integration fees.
