What counts as a sales order?

An order placed in Manifold — from your store, a marketplace, a rep or the API — counted once, when it's a day old. An order cancelled in its first day is never counted, and quotes are never counted.

Do I pay for the orders I take during the trial?

No. Neither the base fee nor any order that comes in during the 60 days is charged — including every order you run through Manifold in parallel.

Do I need a card to start?

Yes — it's taken when you start the trial and charged only from the day the trial ends. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.

Will running in parallel touch my store?

Not while receive-only is on. Manifold reads your orders and catalog; every push to Shopify is refused until you turn it off yourself.
