Inventory

Know what you have, where it is, and why

One stock count for every warehouse, shop and 3PL — on hand, damaged and incoming — with batches, serials and expiry dates, and the full history of how every number got there.

History

Every unit has a story

Open any SKU and read the history that made its numbers: every receipt, pick, transfer, recount and order hold, with who made it and which document it came from. When a count is off, you can see why.

Locations

Every place you keep stock

Warehouses, shop floors and 3PLs each hold their own stock, and you choose which of them sell. Move stock between them with transfers that are sent and received, so nothing is ever in two places at once.

  • On hand, damaged and incoming, per location
  • Transfers sent and received
  • Choose which locations sell
Traceability

Batches, serials and expiry

Capture batch numbers, serials and expiry dates as stock arrives. Picks suggest the earliest expiry first, and the units a picker actually takes are what's recorded.

  • Captured at receipt
  • Earliest expiry suggested first
  • The physical pick is the record

A change on the floor appears on every open screen as it happens.

Questions people ask

Can I correct a count?
Yes. A stocktake or adjustment records the difference as its own movement, with a reason, so the history stays complete.
Do all my locations sell?
You choose. A quarantine bay or returns shelf can hold stock without offering it for sale.
