Allocate an additional cost to an authorised
POST /pos/{poId}/landed-costs
Allocate an additional cost (freight, customs, duties) to an authorised, partially received, received or invoiced PO after the fact (409 PoNotAuthorised on a draft, a closed or a cancelled order — close after the freight bill, not before).
The amount is spread equally per unit over the units the command names: the whole order when lines is omitted (every line, every unit not cancelled), or the named lines — each in full, or quantity units of it (409 UnknownPoLine for a SKU not on the order, 409 LandedCostExceedsLine for more units than the line carries; a pack line counts packs). The split is exact to the cent (largest remainders take the leftover) and is recorded per line on the order and in the event; accounting lifts that SKU's cost layers for this order by each line's share, over the units received so far. Corrections flow through accounting as new entries — history is never rewritten. Appends purchasing.landed-cost-allocated. reference is required and is the idempotency key: a retry with the same reference is acknowledged and appends nothing, including against an order that has since closed.
Access
Requires purchasing:write.
How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.
Retries
reference is required and is the idempotency key: a retry with the same reference is acknowledged and appends nothing, including against an order that has since closed.
A retry with the same key answers 200, with what the first call recorded.
Why every write carries a key: Idempotency and retries.

Errors
Every refusal is a status and a JSON body whose _tag names it. A refused call changes nothing.
