Authorise the supplier invoice, confirming per-line unit costs

POST /pos/{poId}/invoice

This is the cost-confirmation point: until it happens, stock is valued at PO price. Accepted on an authorised, partially-received or received order, and — as a retry — on the invoiced order this command itself produces (409 PoNotAuthorised on a draft, closed or cancelled order): a fully received order becomes invoiced (and closed in the same commit when the organization's autoClose setting is on); a partially received one records invoicedAt and stays where the goods say it is. Accounting derives cost corrections from the delta. Idempotent by content: a retry that confirms the same costs on an already-invoiced PO is acknowledged and appends nothing; different costs are refused with 409 PoAlreadyInvoiced (an invoice is not re-authorised, it is corrected). Appends purchasing.invoice-authorised.

Access

Requires purchasing:write.

How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.

Retries

Idempotent by content: a retry that confirms the same costs on an already-invoiced PO is acknowledged and appends nothing; different costs are refused with 409 PoAlreadyInvoiced (an invoice is not re-authorised, it is corrected).

Why every write carries a key: Idempotency and retries.

The panel writes this call in other languages. It does not send it: Manifold's APIs do not take calls from a web page on another site, so run the call from your own code or terminal. The whole API as OpenAPI: purchasing-manager.openapi.json. Base URL https://purchasing.getmanifold.io.

Errors

Every refusal is a status and a JSON body whose _tag names it. A refused call changes nothing. Some can answer a retry of a call that already worked: they are marked.
