Purchasing Manager API · pos

Set the expected delivery day

PUT /pos/{poId}/expected

Set the expected delivery day (expectedOn, YYYY-MM-DD), or clear it with null — what the dashboard's arriving and overdue deliveries are measured against.

The date is planning, not a change to the lines, so it never re-registers inventory's incoming expectations the way a line rewrite does. 409 PoNotEditable once received, invoiced, closed or cancelled. Appends purchasing.po-expected-changed. Idempotent by content: sending the date already set appends nothing.

Access

Requires purchasing:write.

How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.

Retries

Idempotent by content: sending the date already set appends nothing.

Why every write carries a key: Idempotency and retries.

Facts appended

  • purchasing.po-expected-changed

What a fact is: Facts and the journal.

AI agent tool

Agents call this as purchasing_set_po_expected (Purchasing: Set PO expected), in the purchasing toolset.

Connecting an agent: AI agents.

The panel writes this call in other languages. It does not send it: Manifold's APIs do not take calls from a web page on another site, so run the call from your own code or terminal. The whole API as OpenAPI: purchasing-manager.openapi.json. Base URL https://purchasing.getmanifold.io.
