Set the brand's logo

PUT /settings/brand/logo

The body is the raw file — a PNG or JPEG image of at most 1 MiB, with its media type in Content-Type (SVG is refused: it can carry script) — streamed into the private bucket. 404 BrandNotFound before a brand is saved; 422 BrandLogoRefused for anything else (the bytes must be the image they claim to be); 503 BrandLogoUnavailable when the file store cannot be reached. Appends notifications.brand-logo-saved. Idempotent on reference: a retried upload is acknowledged from the journal and appends nothing.

Access

Requires settings:write.

How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.

Retries

Idempotent on reference: a retried upload is acknowledged from the journal and appends nothing.

A retry with the same key answers 200, with what the first call recorded.

Why every write carries a key: Idempotency and retries.

Facts appended

  • notifications.brand-logo-saved

What a fact is: Facts and the journal.

AI agent tool

No agent tool. A logo is an image file the owner uploads in Settings › Brand; its raw bytes are no tool's input, and an agent reads the brand with notifications_get_brand.

Connecting an agent: AI agents.

Example

Send the image as the raw request body, with Content-Type: image/png.

The panel writes this call in other languages. It does not send it: Manifold's APIs do not take calls from a web page on another site, so run the call from your own code or terminal. The whole API as OpenAPI: notifications-manager.openapi.json. Base URL https://notifications.getmanifold.io.
