Fulfillment Manager API · shipping
A shipping app connects the account it books with
PUT /carrier-accounts/{carrierAccountId}
A shipping app connects the account it books with, or describes it again: its id and name at the provider, its settings page and the quoteUrl it answers live rates at (https on a public host — 400 UnsafeQuoteUrl otherwise — or, for a first-party app, the platform's own).
The app is read from its own token (403 NotACarrierApp for a person; 403 CarrierAccountNotYours for an account another app keeps). Appends fulfillment.carrier-account-connected (also for one let go before) or fulfillment.carrier-account-updated. Idempotent by content: the account as it already stands appends nothing.
Access
Requires shipping:write.
How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.
Retries
Idempotent by content: the account as it already stands appends nothing.
Why every write carries a key: Idempotency and retries.
Facts appended
fulfillment.carrier-account-connectedfulfillment.carrier-account-updated
What a fact is: Facts and the journal.
AI agent tool
No agent tool. only a shipping app keeps a carrier account, under its own token — it connects one from its own setup page
Connecting an agent: AI agents.

}The panel writes this call in other languages. It does not send it: Manifold's APIs do not take calls from a web
page on another site, so run the call from your own code or terminal. The whole API as OpenAPI: fulfillment-manager.openapi.json. Base URL https://fulfillment.getmanifold.io.
