Fulfillment Manager API · shipping
The account's app answers a manifest
POST /carrier-accounts/{carrierAccountId}/manifests/{manifestId}/answer
The account's app answers a manifest: lodged with the carrier (its id there), after which none of its consignments can be voided, or refused with the reason, which frees them for the next manifest.
Appends fulfillment.manifest-lodged or fulfillment.manifest-refused. Idempotent by state: a manifest is answered once, so the same answer again is acknowledged and a different one is 409 ManifestNotInState.
Access

How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.
Retries

Errors
Every refusal is a status and a JSON body whose _tag names it. A refused call changes nothing.
