A pick-pack station's queue

GET /shipments/queue

A pick-pack station's queue: the parcels at locationId (and those naming no site) still waiting on a person — pick (pending, picked by hand), pack (picked, packed by hand), ship (packed, to label and ship) or held (packed on a prepaid order not paid in full) — urgent first (part-shipped, or asking for speed), then oldest.

Narrow with stage, channel (a chn_ id, or direct), carrier, number (a scanned parcel or order number) and exclude (the parcel just done); page with limit (default 50, at most 200) and the previous page's next as after. Beside the page, counts per stage under the same channel and carrier, and the channels and carriers waiting here for the filters. Read from the station index, never the order book. Appends nothing: a read.
