POST /orders/{orderId}/collections/{collectionId}/resolve

A person settles a collection that needs checking — one whose channel sent the charge, lost the answer and could not tie what its payment system shows to it, so it holds the order's collections open (PaymentCollection.check lists what may be it).

Having looked in the channel's own records, they say collected, naming the transaction they found (one the check lists) and what it took, or not-collected, which frees the order to ask again as a new collection with its own key. Only a collection that needs checking is resolved here (409 PaymentCollectionNotInDoubt). Moves no money: what the channel took arrives as its payment record. Appends fulfillment.payment-collection-answered (refused checked-not-collected for not collected), its actor the person. Idempotent by state: a collection is answered finally once, so the same resolution again is acknowledged and a different one is 409 PaymentCollectionAnswered.

Errors

Every refusal is a status and a JSON body whose _tag names it. A refused call changes nothing.

`401`

Refusal	What it means	What to do
`Unauthorized` reason	The token is missing, expired or not one Manifold issued.	Get a fresh token and send the call again.
`TokenAlreadyUsed` tokenId	A single-use app token was already spent.	Mint a new token for this call.

`402`

`SubscriptionRequired` status	The organization's subscription has lapsed, so writes are refused.	An owner settles billing. Reads still work meanwhile.
