Fulfillment Manager API · orders
What a new order or quote of yours takes when it names nothing
GET /orders/defaults
What a new order or quote of yours takes when it names nothing: fulfillmentLocationId, the site it ships from — the site of the last order or quote you created while it can still sell, else the first fulfillable site by routing rank (absent only when no site can sell).
POST /orders with source.kind: "admin" and no fulfillmentLocationId takes the same site; a form shows it before anything is created. 502 InventoryUnavailable when the sites cannot be read. Appends nothing: a read.
Access
Requires orders:write.
How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.
AI agent tool
No agent tool. the admin's new-order form reads it to show its default site; an agent names fulfillmentLocationId on POST /orders or leaves routing to decide
Connecting an agent: AI agents.
Example
curl -X GET 'https://fulfillment.getmanifold.io/orders/defaults' \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $MANIFOLD_TOKEN"const response = await fetch("https://fulfillment.getmanifold.io/orders/defaults", {
method: "GET",
headers: { Authorization: `Bearer ${process.env.MANIFOLD_TOKEN}` },
});
if (!response.ok) throw new Error(`${response.status}: ${await response.text()}`);
const answer = await response.json();{
"fulfillmentLocationId": "loc_01a0f6b0-1100-7e51-8f62-7a8b9cadbec4"
}The panel writes this call in other languages. It does not send it: Manifold's APIs do not take calls from a web
page on another site, so run the call from your own code or terminal. The whole API as OpenAPI: fulfillment-manager.openapi.json. Base URL https://fulfillment.getmanifold.io.
