Fulfillment Manager API · orders
A customer's lifetime value
GET /orders/customer-summary
A customer's lifetime value: for personId, companyId or both, orders placed, first and latest, and spent, refunded and net in the home currency (home, at each order's captured rate) and per currency charged (totals).
Live orders (not quotes or cancelled) and history (not cancelled), each once: an adopted mirrored order adds only what its history came to beyond the live order. Appends nothing: a read of the orders.
Access
Requires orders:read.
How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.
AI agent tool
Agents call this as fulfillment_get_customer_summary (Fulfillment: Get customer summary), in the orders toolset. It only reads.
Connecting an agent: AI agents.
