Auth API · members

Every member of the organization with the roles an owner or admin assigned them

GET /api/auth/roles/{organizationId}

Every member of the organization with the roles an owner or admin assigned them (roles), what their tokens carry (effective: owner or admin for governance, which holds every scope, else the assigned roles) and, while it lasts, their deactivation.

403 AdminRequired for anyone but an active owner or admin of the organization.

Access

Requires a signed-in session: An active owner or admin of the organization, checked against its membership by the route (the person's BetterAuth session)

How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.

AI agent tool

No agent tool. Who holds which roles is governance, read by an owner or admin in Settings › Users; the MCP server does not reach the auth service, which answers a person's BetterAuth session only.

Connecting an agent: AI agents.
