Auth API · agents

The connected surfaces of the organization

GET /api/auth/surfaces/{organizationId}

The connected surfaces of the organization (Settings › Apps › Slack): each person's delegation to a core service they reach from somewhere else — the Slack app now; Teams, WhatsApp or a voice line later — with the surface it is for, since when and with which scopes: every delegation for an owner or admin, the caller's own for any other member.

These are agent grants recorded by PUT /api/auth/delegations/…, and GET /api/auth/agents/:organizationId leaves them out; one is withdrawn with DELETE /api/auth/agents/:organizationId/:clientId/:userId, after which the surface's next exchange is refused. Which account on the surface a delegation is for (the Slack workspace's name) is the surface's own data, read from it. 403 NotAMember for anyone outside the organization.

Access

Requires a signed-in session: Any active member of the organization, checked against its membership by the route: an owner or admin reads every delegation, anyone else their own

How scopes come from roles: Scopes and roles. Getting a token: Authentication and app tokens.

AI agent tool

No agent tool. Which people have connected Slack (and later other chat and voice surfaces) is read in Settings › Apps › Slack in the admin; the MCP server does not reach the auth service, and an agent is not a surface.

Connecting an agent: AI agents.

The panel writes this call in other languages. It does not send it: Manifold's APIs do not take calls from a web page on another site, so run the call from your own code or terminal. The whole API as OpenAPI: auth-service.openapi.json. Base URL https://auth.getmanifold.io.
