How it's worked out
The plan's published rate card, applied band by band:
| Sales orders in the month | Per order |
|---|---|
| 1 – 100 | Included |
| 101 – 500 | $0.20 each |
| 501 – 2,000 | $0.18 each |
| 2,001 – 10,000 | $0.055 each |
| 10,001 – 50,000 | $0.03 each |
| 50,001 and up | $0.015 each |
The month is the base fee plus, for each band, the orders that fall inside it × its rate, rounded to the cent.
Questions
- What counts as a sales order?
- An order placed in Manifold — from your store, a marketplace, a rep or the API — counted once, when it's a day old. An order cancelled in its first day is never counted, and quotes are never counted.
- Are there per-user or per-location fees?
- No. Your whole team, every location and every sales channel are included in the one plan.
- How are the bands applied?
- Graduated: only the orders inside a band pay its rate. Crossing into a cheaper band never reprices the orders below it.
